Chanticleer comes to Clemson
Get ready to be inspired by the Grammy® award-winning a capella men's choir, Chanticleer, Nov. 8 at the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts. Billed as the world's top male a capella chorus, Chanticleer has an international reputation for impeccable musicianship and a melodic beauty that must be heard to be appreciated. Contemporary artwork in Columbia
Explore the artwork of renowned contemporary artist Lesley Dill at the Columbia Museum of Art. "I Heard a Voice: The Art of Lesley Dill" runs through Jan. 23 and features Dill's most recent large-scale work. Inspired by language, Dill's work as a sculptor, photographer, printmaker and performance artist utilizes bronze, photography, poetry, thread, wire and paper to sculpt figures and build tapestries. Now through Oct. 31, Brookgreen Gardens is hosting the National Sculpture Society's 77th Annual Exhibition with works from 50 leading sculptors. Through March 24, the North Charleston Riverfront Park will be home to the fifth annual National Outdoor Sculpture Competition and Exhibition featuring sculpture by 11 artists.
